This is for the treatment of Wrinkles, acne scars, stretchmarks and textual irregularities. Boost collagen and Elastin  in the skin.

How does Sublative™ work?

The ergonomic Sublative™ applicator delivers bipolar radio frequency energy via a matrix of electrodes in the disposable applicator tip. This fractional delivery of RF energyn causes micro-epidermal ablative injuries with wider spread dermal coagulation. This initiates a strong wound healing response in the dermal matrix while also minimizing the damage to the epidermis. Less affected tissue surrounding the matrix points may be stimulated by heat which helps accelerate the healing process, leading to a smoother, rejuvenated appearance of the skin. Mild to moderate wrinkles and superficial skin discoloration are reduced, and skin texture becomes more smooth and elastic.

Can all areas be treated?

The Sublative RF applicator comes with multiple tip configurations for various treatment protocols - 64 pin tips for fast full face improved skin tone and texture, as well as the 44 pin tip for smaller areas and focused treatments of under-eye laxity, wrinkles around the mouth and forehead wrinkles

Treatment is a safe and effective solution for all skin types.

When can patients expect to see results?

Post treatment, they may notice tone and texture improvements as a result of increased levels of beneficial collagen and new healthy skin cells which are produced. With the treatment’s dermal impact, mild to moderate wrinkles and superficial skin discolorations are reduced. Typical treatment protocol is 3 - 5 treatments, 4 - 6 weeks apart. The total number of required treatment sessions depends on the skin condition of the patient.

How is the Sublative™ treatment tolerated by patients?

During treatment, many patients feel a warm, prickly sensation as energy enters their skin. After treatment a pink or red “sunburn” appearance and feeling is also common. Topical anesthetic ointments and cooling are often used to reduce discomfort during treatment. There is minimal downtime, so most patients can quickly resume their normal activities immediately post treatment.

How does Sublime™ work?

Sublime uses the elōs combination of safe and effective levels of infrared light and bipolar radiofrequency energies to provide controlled deep dermal heating which remodels the dermal layer of the skin by stimulating new collagen growth. This predictable heating of the deep dermis both shrinks aged collagen fibers and stimulates new collagen synthesis, resulting in the immediate and long term improvement of wrinkles and facial contour with a very low risk of side effects and virtually no downtime.

What results can one expect from the Sublime™ treatment?

Sublime™ can improve sagginess of the face, neck and some body areas such as the abdomen or upper arms. Skin texture can also be smoothed out by the firming effect of treatment. This treatment is performed non-ablatively, which means this is a non-invasive procedure. Most people leave the treatment office with only slight pinkness or no pinkness at all.

Does it hurt?

Sublime™ is a gentle, comfortable treatment requiring virtually no downtime. Most patients return to normal activities immediately after the treatment. Cooling of the skin’s surface provides enhanced safety and additional comfort.

How often are treatments done?

Most patients will have between 3-5 sessions approximately 4 weeks apart. The best results are seen 3-6 months post completion with maintenance approximately every 6 months.

When can the patient expect to see results?

Most patients see gradual and cumulative results throughout the Sublime™ treatments. The total number of required treatment sessions depends on the patient’s skin condition.

How is the Sublime™ treatment tolerated by patient?

Sublime™ is well tolerated by most patients without any topical anesthetic or other means of analgesia.

Who should be treated with Sublime™?

Sublime™ can safely treat all skin types for sagginess, loss of elasticity, or textural irregularities. Treatment can be done on the face, neck, or other areas of the body.
