Cancellation Policy

We value both your appointment and general well-being greatly. We are aware of the value of both your and our time. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice before canceling, rescheduling, or changing an appointment out of consideration for our staff and other customers.

A 50% fee of the treatment cost will be assessed for any appointment cancellations, rescheduling, or adjustments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

All no shows or last-minute cancellations (less than three hours before the appointment) will incur a 100% charge of the treatment price.
